Hello! I am planning to build a stair climbing robot and am having trouble trying to find the lightest possible battery that will operate my motors. I have decided to use two bipolar stepper motors with these specs: Rated Voltage: 3.06V Rated Current: 1.7A/Phase link: https://shop.edwinrobotics.com/motors/285-stepper-motor-68-ozin-400-stepsrev.html And I will use them with two easy drivers (sparkfun) all paired with an arduino UNO. Im not familiar at all with the electrical part of building robots (more of a design/mechanical engineer) so id greatly appreciate simplified answers.
One important thing, one of the requirements is to make my robot as light as possible, so I would like to use a small battery. My live demo of this robot will only last about 3 minutes, so I dont mind a light battery that would run out quickly. Thanks in advance!
