You have to build a delivery robot. Points: ▪When switched on, the robot moves 2m forward, stops, and gives off a signal. ▪After that, an object ( let’s say a water bottle) is placed on it’s rack ▪Once the object is placed on the rack the robot turns 180 degrees and returns to it’s initial position ▪Once it returns to it’s initial position it gives off a signal.
Conditions: Has to be around 6400 rpm Reduction gear ratio: 16.6:1, 58.2, or 203.7:1 Tire diameter: 50mm
Questions: 1) How will the robot know that it has moved 2m forward? How will the robot stop? 2) How will the robot give off the signal? 3) How will the robot know that an object has been placed on it’s rack? 4) How will the robot turn 180 degrees? 5) How will the robot know that it has returned to it’s initial position? 6) After reaching its initial position, how will it give off the signal? Excuse my weak understanding, as I just started a few days ago. Thanks
