Want to know a great starting point to learn Deep Learning and Reinforcement Learning for robotics.

I’m trying to build a robotic fish, that would have the ability to learn how to swim when deployed in a water based environment. It’d be great if someone could point me to Reinforcement Learning resources geared towards robotics.
