A little brainstorm prompt thing for fun, potentially life saving for 13 people.

Currently, there is 13 people stuck in a cave that’s been flooded in Thailand. The 7 hour journey to the 12 children and 1 soccer coach has been dubbed “the Mt Everest of Cave Diving,” in fact a trained SEAL diver with decades of experience has already died in the cave.

The cave is 5km long and buried deep under ground. The cave is being re-flooded every week after heavy rains lasting 8-10 hours.

Just curious as to how r/robotics will go about engineering their way out of this.
