What is the difference between learning from demonstration, and only teaching the goal pose?

Hello everyone,

Please, I would like to ask about something related to teaching robots to do tasks by humans.

After reading, I found that learning from demonstration (LfD) is to let the robot see all the process by the teacher and then to learn from this. As this survey mentioned.

My question is about the terminology of the process in which a human teaches the robot only its goal pose, not all the process, and lets the robot go to the goal by another means other than the human. What should be this called compared to LfD?

Thank you.
