Where should I go for my masters in robotics?

I’m starting to hear back from schools and was just wondering if anyone had experience with these specific programs/universities and could offer any input.

Assume price isn’t a factor, I’m just interested in getting the best education and having the most fun with it.

I’m not interested in one particular subject area just yet, but going forward I’d like to get more into software/perception so computer vision/navigation/embedded systems maybe.

Also f anyone has any feedback on living in these places that’d be helpful too, as I’ll be moving somewhere for ~2 years!

Programs I’m considering: Northeastern Masters in Robotics

Carnegie Mellon Masters in Robotcis Systems Development

UPenn Masters in Robotics

UMichigan Masters in Robotics

Northwestern Masters in Robotics

USC Masters in Computer Science (intelligent robotics)

Thanks!
