UR RTDE registers always showing as in use, any idea why?

Hi all, I’m trying to control a UR robot arm via its RTDE interface (using the reference implementation from UR’s website) but it keeps having problems, claiming that the registers are already in use. Any idea what might be using them, or even debugging steps I might take? I’ve already tried rebooting all of the relevant computers at the same time…
