Entering a career in robotics engineering.

First time posting here so hello, was hoping to get some insight from any professional robotics engineers here that may be able to help me out. I’ll be graduating with my degree in Biomedical Engineering in about two years. I was originally a Biology major and wanting to go into the medical field, but I changed my career to engineering about halfway through to Biomedical engineering to cut on time.

I plan on going to graduate school for mechanical engineering. However, I want to become a Robotics engineer, I’ve always been fascinated by robotics since I was a kid, to design them for a living would be an absolute dream.

How can I make this happen? Should I search for a ME grad school program that specializes in robotics? Or should I go for a more general ME Masters and then simply try to find a job in robotics?
