BarrettHand ROS Kinetic

I am a new user for Barrett Hand 280. I am trying to control the hand using ROS Kinetic packages available on Github. I download all packages with dependencies, PCAN driver 8.6.0, Python 3.7.

However, when I tried to initialize the bhand_node using Ros launch command, it always gives me the there is an error and the node can’t be initialized, and I could not interface the hand with the software for controlling purposes.

So does this relate to the Kinetic version of ROS with the PCAN driver??

Anyone can help with this.
