Can anyone please help me figure what the max load the motor behind  is able to lift ? is there a better motor/approach ? should you “lock” (not sure how) the system when its lifted up to stop the pressure on the motor or no ? I found out via  that i could use arduino but i am worried i will burn the motor by putting too much weight on it.
Basically trying to calculate something i see in the commercial actuators as:
Max Load Horizontal [Vertical]:200 lbs [100 lbs] Max Speed Horizontal [Vertical]:10160 mm/sec [5080 mm/sec]
