What is the best source and most effective way to learn ROS?

I am kinda confused ,what should i learn first and where from. Reading books? Watching tutorials? or just jump in and try some downloaded codes? I have very limited hardware, basically nothing ):

I need some advice and guide to learning ROS ( book, tutorials, robotics) or maybe online course as edx.org
