CPU build for parallel control of multiple UR5 arms

Hi, I have been tasked with building a pc to control five ur5 arms parallelly from a single pc, each of those arms have depth and RGB cameras attached to them. It also needs to be able to process five different point cloud data streams along with CUDA accelerated algorithms.

Currently an AMD ryzen based build looks good in terms of cost and efficiency but, would there be any problems related to the use of Intel MKL in ROS libraries ? How many cores and how much RAM would be ideal ?

Would a GTX 1660 Super suffice for the GPU ?
