Hello everyone, I want to ask you for advice on the design of a tank robot for industrial purposes.
The big question that I have is: What other development boards do you recommend me to build a tank robot (with mapping sensors, but without lidar), different from Arduino and raspberry PI?
I feel very lost in this design. I am a young electronics engineer, but even though I am not sure of the electronics architecture of such high robust, semi-autonomous, industrial robot. I search for boards like Nvidia Jetson and ODROID XU4, but I don’t know what sensors to buy, only based on CAN bus or also with SPI/U2C/UART interfaces.
Can someone advise on how to tackle this problem of architecture design for a robot like this or any videos, books, articles that I can see?
