Getting into Robotics Industry and Master’s degree

I’m a international student doing Mechanical Eng. (with a minor in Computer Eng.) at a US university. I’ve gotten into Robotics recently and was able to do some research with a robotics professor at my university. However, cause of COVID-19, I can’t continue the research.

I want to get into the robotics industry. However, I’ve heard that most places or companies require a Master’s degree at minimum. Is this true? Is it possible to do some work as a Bachelor’s and then go for my Master’s?

If I do get a Master’s after I graduate, which universities should I consider for a Master’s in robotics? Since I’m an international student, I am open to applying to universities anywhere in the world and love to hear about great robotics related programs outside the US!
